Bumper Cars? Sure:)

I think I left last week with talking about the Polar Bear Plunge. I ended up having to work until after registration. So, although I didn't jump I was there in time to support my team! It was great to see all the people out there supporting a good cause! If you didn't go this year, you definitely should consider going next year! We were actually lucky and had wonderful weather on Saturday! Such beautiful weather, I decided to wash my car! This is just a funny story I'm going to share with you tonight! I went to the carwash, this would be the first time it was washed since the snow so its obvious my car needed it! I went with my roommate to the car wash on 7th and rangeline. Have you ever been to this car wash? If not, you definitely need to! It does an amazing job on my car everytime. Well, anyway...my friend and I went to this carwash. It was her first time going and she was slightly freaked out. She was thinking something terrible was going to happen like we get stuck or something. After a few minutes of assuring her nothing was going to go wrong, we continued on into the carwash. Again, if you haven't ever been to this carwash its the type that more than one car can go in at a time. They have you put your car in neutral and lock your wheels in, somewhat like a rollercoaster. Half way through the carwash, my car starts going up and down rapidly. At this point, I have no idea what to do, I just know it isn't supposed to be happening. Then, it starts to feel like I'm getting hit from the car behind me and hitting the car infront of me. You can imagine what my friend is thinking right now! We looked at each other, and starting laughing. No, I guess its not much of a laughing matter but we didn't know what else to do at the time. Turns out, we were hitting each other back and forth until the stopped the carwash. The carwash was stopped for a couple minutes. All my friend was saying was: "I told you so." But after we were stopped, there wasn't much more that could happen. My car, luckily, didn't have any damage. The people working the carwash were really friendly and considerate about the whole situation. Luckily, so were the people involved. Since I had no damage, I was able to go on with my day. Even after all that, my car still got washed:) Don't let this story affect the way you think about that carwash. That kind of thing rarely happens and they got it under control really quick and were friendly! I will definitely be going back!:)
